Powdered Sugar, aka confectioners sugar, is basically white granulated sugar ground up fine. It is great for making candy, fudge, and for dusting or sprinkling on brownies, pancakes, doughnuts and other cakes. Powdered Sugar can be used to make Icing as well. It can store indefinitely when it is stored correctly.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 20+ years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
Ingredients: Sugar and cornstarch (3%). No preservative added. Naturally gluten free product.
