Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store up to 10-15 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
Ingredients: Cultured cream (cream, nonfat milk, culture, enzymes), Salt, Lactic acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin E added to preserve freshness. Contains less than 2% Silicon Dioxide as an anti-caking agent and less than 2% Sodium Citrate as a proccessing agent.
