Saf-Instant Premium High Power Yeast is fantastic! It makes dough rise. No need to dissolve it in warm water. Just add it to your dry ingredients right before mixing. Saf-Instant Premium High Power Yeast is vacuum packed in a heavy mylar foil bag. Unopened it will store for up to two years without refrigeration. We've had many customers report a much longer shelf life by storing it in a freezer.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 3-5 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Ingredients:  Yeast, sorbitan monostearate, ascorbic acid, cellulose gum.
