Ova Easy Eggs these egg crystals are great for baking, making scrambled eggs, and even German Pancakes.  These eggs are handy to have on hand because when you are making your baked goods and suddenly realize that you do not have enough eggs on hand, instead of running to the store, you can reach into your cupboard for these eggs to use.
