Buttermilk Pancake Mix. Use as is or add your favorite ingredients like chocolate chips, cocoa powder, bananas, apples, applesauce granules and sprinkle on powdered sugar or honey powder for a great pancake. This mix can also be used to make a great quiche, cobbler or crepes.  Pancakes are just a great way to have a hearty breakfast.

Shelf Life:  Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 3-5 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Ingredients:  Bleached wheat flour, sugar, soy, flour, dextrose, soybean oil, buttermilk, cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, salt, monocalcium phosphate, and whole egg.

Contains:  Egg, Milk, Soy, Wheat.

*Because of the leavening in these mixes, they may begin to expand in the can.  When you use the product it may require adding a small amount of baking powder to mix.*

*No absorber is placed in the can as it reacts with the leavening.*
