Shane’s Food Storage Bread

Dry ingredients:

  • 1 cup white flour
  • 1 cup corn meal
  • 5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 6 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 tsp salt
  • ¾ cup powdered milk

Wet ingredients:

  • ½ cup oil
  • 16-18 oz water
  • 1 ½ Tbsp yeast

Combine all dry ingredients and mix together. Mix in wet ingredients. Knead till smooth.

Bake at 325 for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown.
