Dry ingredients:
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 cup corn meal
- 5 cups whole wheat flour
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp salt
- ¾ cup powdered milk
Wet ingredients:
- ½ cup oil
- 16-18 oz water
- 1 ½ Tbsp yeast
Combine all dry ingredients and mix together. Mix in wet ingredients. Knead till smooth.
Bake at 325 for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown.
