Dutch Processed Baking Cocoa is Dark Unsweetened Cocoa which is processed with alkali and goes great with recipes that use baking powder. It is great for hot chocolate, cakes, brownies, cookies and more. Mixed with sugar in recipes this gives options for deserts in a storage program. This is a must have product. Use in recipes as required.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 5 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
