Natural Spelt is a grain that has less gluten in it than wheat, so if you cannot handle wheat then Spelt would be a great alternative. It can be cooked for cereal or ground into flour for making bread. Spelt flour handles a little bit differently than other flours. It has a high water solubility that makes it easier to digest. Spelt is also very high in niacin and protein. This grain will allow you to mix things up in your diet and makes a great addition to your long term food storage.

The Super Pail has a Mylar bag inside the 5 Gallon Bucket. The product is sealed inside the Mylar bag and then sealed inside the bucket. The Mylar bag provides extra protection for the product which helps it store longer and protects the product from any deficiencies that may exist in the bucket. Super Pails are the best for long-term storage of bulk foods.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 30 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
